One of the first thing a person will notice when they enter into a relationship with a Libra is they are very loving and affectionate. They are also very demonstrative about their feelings and don’t care who knows it. They are also very kind in general though they can put up a good argument if the need arises. This also is part and partial of the fact they don’t like to judge a person but would prefer to know everything about a particular situation and then make their own judgment about it.
They enjoy beauty, so you are likely to find a great deal of art in the form of paintings, sculptures and other artifacts either in their possession or as part of their cultural knowledge. You might find yourself going to art galleries, museums or displays of other types of fine art. The love of art may also transfer to music, so you might engage in different types of musical renditions beyond simply attending the average popular concert. This might include things such as attending the opera, symphony, stage musicals and other types of theatrical productions.
Libras are very materialistic, so you must be prepared to be on the receiving end of the finer things in life. Even if the gifts do not come from you expect your Libra partner to always be on the look out for expensive things. Do not expect your dates to consist of sitting home in front of the television but rather going to movies, the theater and expensive restaurants. You will also find a Libra is very generous but only when it is in support of a cause in which he or she passionately believes.
One of the traits you may find difficult to handle is the fact that Libras appear to be lazy. This is because of the fact they don’t like to get dirt and dislike manual labor. They prefer desk jobs and though they possess the ability to think things through fully, they do not know what to do with the information they possess. For instance, they might discover an easier way to do a job, but they will hold the knowledge within themselves rather than present it to someone who would be in a position to see the process was changed. This happens not because they don’t know how to put the information into words but rather because they don’t know how to do something to get the ball rolling.
You must also be careful because Libras are very vain and jealous and must be the center of attention. They also need constant reassurance and praise while at the same time they are unable to take criticism well. All of these factors together can create a volatile relationship if you are not prepared and don’t know the signs. While jealousy can be a good thing in moderation, with a Libra it can quickly escalate out of control because of their need for constant attention and praise from those they love.
