Are Sagittarians considered quick learner
Sagittarians make up the ninth zodiac sign and are known as the archers. The fire sign finds these archers as half man and half horse- the mythical creature, centaur. Chiron, one of the gods behind the symbol is responsible for this need for continuous discovery that the Sagittarians are on. Centaurs are known in the myths of Greek and Roman literature to have been the philosophers and scholars, busying themselves in all things intellectual and tutoring all the Greek gods in the art of warfare, philosophy and healing. Sagittarians are similar to the Gemini in this respect. Gemini and Sagittarian, both, like to occupy themselves in all things knowledgeable. However, unlike the Gemini, who likes to have some knowledge about everything around them; Sagittarians like to delve deeper into a certain study and grasp a comprehensive understanding before on to another topic.
They are ruled by the Roman God, Jupiter who the Greek equivalent of Zeus, the God of gods. Jupiter represents expansion in every aspect, including the mental faculties which are very prominent among Sagittarians. Jupiter is also the planets for the zodiac sign-pieces. However, in the case of the Sagittarian, Jupiter projects its masculine side, or that of the day; while for Pieces, it is the feminine side of the night. This trait of pursuing more knowledge is to the extent that they may even invite excess. Also, Sagittarians are stubborn when it comes to telling them about their mistakes. They do not like to be told, neither do they pay much heed, however, if they realize their own mistake they never repeat it.
For example, if a young Sagittarian, who is reckless and fighting to achieve their understanding of freedom, takes to illegal racing; telling him that his actions are wrong are not likely to get him alter his actions. However, if it dawns on him on his own regard that the actions are wrong, or his high speed racing causes an accident; he will not repeat his actions. They, therefore, are understood to learn from their own mistakes and learn quickly.
They have a thirst for knowledge and understanding that they wish to quench; and this search for knowledge involves a long process dealing in a comprehensive struggle to garner a complete understanding of the topic for their quest. Since the sign is that of an archer, it signifies that the Sagittarian is focused on some distant goal. Sagittarians are otherwise generous and happy-go-lucky people who like to live large and extract every essence of it. They make radically honest people and like to please people. However, their candid nature can get them on the wrong foot with people. Besides the fact that they lack tact of diplomacy, Sagittarians are trustworthy, impressive personalities who attract people by their frankness and ability to entertain people with their comic timing and a complete peoples-person personality. They have higher set goals that they wish to achieve and are not only quick learners but take heart from their own faltering.
